Alternatives to Lucette?

Hi there, I hope this doesn't count as asking for medical advice.

I've been in Lucette; which is a generic Yaz, for about 5 months now. I have a 4 day break after running 3 packets together to prevent breakthrough bleeding. It's been great (weight loss, no acne, fuller bust, no bloating or periods), but unfortunately I've started to experience accompying pain with orgasm and arousal which is not what I want to be happening lol.

Can anyone give me any recs or experiences they've had on a different pill?
