I’ve been researching how online sellers operate, and Etsy shop owners keep mentioning a lot of challenges — from rising fees to slow traffic to dealing with customer expectations.

I’m 19 and trying to understand this properly because I’m working on something related to online selling (not here to promote anything). I really want to learn from people who are actually running shops every day.
