Getting comments to prove even with comments diabled

Hi all A question I've started to get spammed on a blog post on my website comments are disabled in the settings. But recently one 1 particular artical I'm getting spammed with please approve emails for spam been commented on and I've no idea how to block it. I thought about using a cloudflare turnstile but I've no idea where to put it but how can bots comment when their disabled

Any help would be greatly appreciated
