People who try to justify Hamas' October 7 terrorist attack should be banned from social media.
Look, I'm personally actually very much anti-Israel and strongly condemn what Israel is doing to the Palestinians, both in Gaza as well as in the West Bank. And in my personal opinion historically Israel bears the major responsibility for escalating the conflict in the region. And its mass murder of the Palstinian civilian population is utterly despicable and inexcusable.
But nonetheless, Hamas are a radical Islamic terrorist organization, and their actions and deliberate targeting of civilians absolutely should be condemned as well. But over the last year or so I've seen countless social media posts by far-left extremists who are genuinely trying to paint Hamas' actions on October 7 as justified and reasonable. And I think this is absolutely disgusting and social media sites should do vastly more to ban such people.
On October 7 Hamas brutally murdered over 800 civilians, some of them infants and children. Some of the people that were murdered by Hamas on October 7 may have even been Muslims of Palstinian descent who were Israeli citizens.
Anyone who tries to defend such an indiscriminate mass murder of civilians, including infants and children is a despicable human being and should be banned from social media.
