Fluid issues (part rant, part advice needed)

Hey y'all! Had my surgery the 20th of October and most of healing has been fine, except that I have some fluid buildup in my chest now. It should be fine, just needs to get drained, but my GP says she can't do it. Asked if they could send me to the hospital in that case and get told that they also wouldn't accept me, as I've had my TS in another country (I'm dutch, had surgery in Germany) and that I should just go back to my surgeon to get it drained.

Financially, physically, and emotionally I cannot just travel to Germany, just to get a procedure done that I'm pretty sure should just be doable for my GP.

Any advice? Do I just wait it out and hope the liquid resolves itself? I'm kinda at a loss here.
