What are Egyptian tribal tattoos called?

I've heard that in pre-climate change Egypt (~6000 BCE) the people there lived in tribes and they had tattoos. I would love to see the tattoos.

If I google "Egyptian tribal tattoos" I get plenty of Classical Egyptian symbols (Anhks, etc.) and plenty of tribal tattoos (reminiscent of the geometric art period of Greece), but nothing like what I'm looking for.

I'm interested in prehistoric Egypt, and I've heard they do tattoos, what can I google to find the images I'm looking for?
