My fellow South-Africans.

I am so frustrated to try and reach the department of education . I want to rewrite 2 of my subjects and want to register . I was told to ask for a form from the department of education in Bloemfontein. As well as where I should register to write . All 3 numbers I have found for the department are not working . I went there last week and was told that the person in charge of that division was not at work that day. So If anyone has a number I could call or an email I can use that actually works I would appreciate any assistance .
