A little help troubleshooting

Alright, so I tried booting my pc up this morning and it didin't post, fans was spinning motherboard lit up as it should, it just wouldn't post. Then i noticed that the power button led didin't light up at all it was just completely off which made me think my motherboard was fucked.

Anyhow then I tried a hard reboot, unplugging the power and holding down the powerbutton for 20 seconds. And when i tried booting it up again it just went into a reboot loop, it was on for like 5 - 6 seconds then shut off then on again, powerbutton led still completly off.

then I tried taking out one of my two ram sticks which didin't change anything fans still spinning motherboard lit up no powerbutton led.

Then I tried swapping the ram stick I just took out with the one still in the system then it started booting up and I got a splashscreen for just a couple of seconds, then it went black again and didint post, but the power led was lighting up now so I thought it might just be a bad ram stick doing some fuckery. But it still wasn't booting up.

Then I tried clearing the cmos which didin't change anything

Then I tried putting the suspected bad ramstick back and I heard it starting to boot up so I pressed f11 for dear life to get to the boot menu from the splashscreen which succeded and I was able to boot it up.

Do any of you might have an idea of what could be causing this, because all I in did was just swapping the placement of the ramsticks.
