putting an evolution on a scream card

i want to put the El capitan evo on a scream card. If I put it on Wamser for example while she has 99 dribbling how will this affect the dribbling upgrades the evo gives? Will i get those when the 99 dribbling disappears or should i just wait till the upgrade disappears and then do the evo?
