I have adhd

I have adhd I’ve had it all my life my mom has it my brother has it and so do I. What I don’t understand is why my parent are refusing to do anything about it, when I tell them “hey I have a lot of symptoms of adhd and I feel like it’s quite severe” they say it’s nonsense and idk what I’m talking about and straight up said “we’ll train u to not have adhd. U know they may be right about me not having ADHD(very unlikely) but it’s the fact that they are refusing to address it like why are u avoiding it u know it’s there and u know mine is the most severe out of the whole family but why won’t u address it properly not a single visit to a doctor or nothing I’ve had to live with it and get into trouble so many times because of it and I can’t even prove that it’s not my fault it fucking sucks bro. And it’s not just getting easily distracted I’m disorganized forgetful I make careless mistakes I’m impulsive I can’t stay on a topic I zone out really easily I always feel like I’m alone even if I’m not and my thoughts are moving faster then my hands. It sucks and I can’t even prove I have it because my parents can’t accept it themselves.
