How do y'all deal with fast paced/overwhelming jobs like this?

(Sorry if this is the wrong sub i couldnt find a better one)

Just got my first job as a solo dishwasher at one my cities biggest cafes and I currently only work weekends during the busiest morning hours. It's getting overwhelming super fast even when I try to stay on top of it, and I don't really do well with situations like that cause I feel like everyone will be judging me.

Any tips for a first timer?
