Ryanair - Gift Card Name Correction

Hi All,

Has anyone been able to get through to a human via Ryanairs customer support service number ?

I am trying to get a name corrected on a voucher but cant get anywhere via the chat & human contact they provide you. They keep refusing to correct the name saying the name's don't relate & that any name change is to a max of 3 characters but this is incorrect based on the terms & conditions & bullet point 10 which states the following:

• The name specified for the Gift Card recipient must be identical to the name on the recipient’s passport, driving license, or any other form of personal identification. If the names do not match, the Gift Card will not be redeemable. While name changes are not permitted on Gift Cards, we will accommodate minor spelling corrections, provided we reasonably believe you are correcting a mistake and not trying to change the recipient’s name to someone else.

As you can see there is no reference to a max of 3 characters & when I point this out they then say the names don't relate which is incorrect, the last name does not change & when asked what proof they would like they just end the conversation history.

I hate to give up on this & forfeit the voucher but I am finding it impossible to speak to anyone, typical Ryanair trying to scam customers.
