2 year 7mo toddler behaves weirdly at daycare

I thought today was going to be a good day. The day she would sleep at daycare. She had slept there before, a month in, first try, she slept! But then she got sick, coughed, from 1,5h nap the first day, her sleep went down to 30 mins or so. Then she wouldn’t sleep at all.

Today they tried again….but then I got the message. She pulls her pants down in class (still wears a diaper), she removes her shoes and socks…and wouldn’t sleep. Pulls blankets from other kids’ beds. I’ve been picking her up from daycare at noon for couple of months now. I don’t think she’ll ever sleep there.

Is this normal behavior? They sent me pics of her with her pants down. Pictures of her acting silly, hands in her mouth pulling cheeks out. They say they’re trying to make her feel comfortable around other kids but she won’t participate, she stays on the side. We noticed this at the park also, she mostly plays by herself or watches others.

At home she dances, smiles, play with a sane age friend, acts normally I’d say

Should we look for therapy or another daycare?
