Transferring as a Grade 12 Student

Hello po, I just wanna ask if ever po ba na I transfer to OLFU in Grade 12, I have to extend for another year and hindi po ako makakasabay sa graduation ng mga senior high?

I have always been curious po because I am an ICT student transferring to STEM next year, and I am very much aware po na magiging irregular student ako but I wanna know po kung mag e-extend ako for another year if magtransfer ako ng school as well as strand. :)
