How do buy and still be sure I get the miles or points

I have purchased several items but were never credited the miles even with no extension and totally clear browser, no vpn or anything. I notice for small items like 10 to less than 1009 miles C1 tracks it but anything higher like 10k to 60000+ miles it is not tracked and they give me all kinds of excuse. Any recommendations?
