Help me decide which to get

Right now I'm trying to find which oled monitor to pick. I want that dual mode function where I can scale down to 1080p with higher refresh rate since I play single player games and competitive games. The spec I want is a 4K 32inch since that size is the sweet spot for me. So far these are the ones that I am looking at, the LG UltraGear OLED 32GS95UV-B 32", XG32UCWMG or the PG32UCDP. Your advice would really help and I also want to know your experiences if ever you guys are using the ones that I've mentioned.
