Question for those who did their Bachelors from the UK: How many ECTS is a single course from UK University?

Chalmers website says 7.5 ECTS= 200 hours of study. My UK Uni courses required 100 hours of study. Does that mean a single UK Uni course is just 3.75 ECTS? If that's the case, I am so cooked 😢
