semorelin/NAD+ petide

Long-time lurker on this group, it is a bit mind-blowing how much is actually out there! Thought I'd throw my own experiences out there as well, along with eliciting any feedback...

42 y/o F, 3 younger kids, full-time job. Always been active- collegiate athlete to crossfit to 1/2 ironmans to whatever else sounds fun, can't say that I am winning any medals, but middle of the pack, always looking for that push. Was an anti-COVID vaxxer , so hilarious to me. I am so into this...

Started NAD about 6 months ago; couldn't tell if it was a placebo or if I truly felt any different- until I DID (though still question if this change was before or after adding Sema). Significant energy boost, cognitive clarity and the sleep improvement is unimaginable (even limited my nightsweats). I started Semorelin about 7 weeks ago... with the hopes I'd see some (minor-ish) body comp improvement... it certainly has helped with sleep, though beyond that I am not too sure... I had entertained tesamorelin, though appreciated that sema seemed to promote/encourage more than anything else, but perhaps that leads me not to see much of a change...? Or maybe it is too soon to tell...Also, is the price truly worth it to do both (NAD and Sema), given that they have similar benefits in theory?

Ultimate goals: body comp improvement, endurance, cognitive clarity, energy, anti-aging, sleep quality (honestly the sleep improvement has been life-changing, and didn't know it was a goal until it happened)... entertained GLP-1 for .02 seconds as I would love to see that base weight number drop by 5-8 lbs.. though the side effects/long term concerns make me nervous- some have suggested it is great for those that need that jump start... and I don't THINK I need that... sure minor food tweaks and concentrated workouts could help to a degree... though still feeling a bit stuck... IPA/Reta have all popped up... though again... maybe it's in my own head that sema is less harsh? I don't have the time for major side effects, massive headaches or shitting 24/7. IDK... open to others' thoughts/suggestions/ experiences, or take it just as a review of these particular peptides.
