Withdrawal after finishing great games

Just finished Ghost of Yotei. Was using it as healing to help me deal with the govt shutdown and the shitshow that has been 2025. Exploring and just riding around with my horse has brought me so much joy.

But....was near the end and had to finish.

Top to bottom, a fucking amazing game. Beautiful graphics, so much to do, interesting characters, fun gameplay, and gorgeous music. Why did it have to end. And with the spoiler tag....

What was the last game that had you running the gamut with your emotions and left you feeling sad it was over?

I also felt this way after finishing baldurs gate 3, metal gear solid 4, and god of war Ragnarok. (I can't listen to Blood on the Snow without feeling a bit sentimental.) I'm sure there are others but im grieving my samurai Bae right now. Lol
