Sim renewal

Good afternoon all. I am currently out of contract and EE are offering me a deal to stay. I have 5 sim only deals with them. Never really had an issue with them but hate that my speeds are capped. I know they have tiers but the price gap is so high. Opterators like Three and O2 don't do speed caps and so I feel, with EE already being the most expensive, I am being short changed. Is a 100mbs cap a big deal or am I just being silly? I know somw 5g speeds can hit 750mbs so it's not a small difference? Please advise
