Leadership and Ocean Mod

I need a mod to be president or start my own factions and take over the cities.

Essentially I want a high king/emperor mod that was in Skyrim lol.

Someone please see this post and make it.

Also make a mod to incorporate space physics into the ocean and we can have subnautica in Starfield. Just add water textures and creatures as a simple start to build from.

I don’t know how to do this so just throwing out these ideas and hope someone sees it.
