Tana cheating on Makoa??

Hey guys, been a lurker for a while now and have seen multiple comments stating there is proof and confirmation Tana cheated on Makoa but have been unsuccessful in finding anything about it. Can someone fill my nosy ass in please? Thanks in advance!
