My 3-team for Neo Rubilax

Hello. I've thought of this team: Iop (Main damage) - Panda (Frontlane/Utility positioning) - Osa (support/side damage).

I've been thinking about Panda, maybe there are better/alternative options to replace him, what do you think? Is tanking/positioning really that important?
