If a guy still wants me even after I friend zoned him multiple times should I try at-least 1 date?

Hello, so I’m 19F and I’ve never been on a date, never dated in general. Uhm, I’ve had multiple guys ask me out but.. I feel bad because I’m in college so I wouldn’t be able to talk or see them basically at all :c Anyway, I met this guy at some event, and we became friends but a week into our friendship he confessed he likes me. So naturally I said, I don’t know you well enough and said let’s just be friends first. He continued to pursue me, even after he got a girlfriend, he dumped her and said it was for me. I still friend zoned him, saying don’t you think you moved on a bit fast? Like- no offense but I still don’t know you well enough. Throughout this entire year, he has continuously messaged me basically begging me to accept him. Like no joke everytime he reached out, “I still like you.” Was the sentence he ended with. At this point I guess I feel bad, maybe I should just try it? I’m not good with this stuff though since I’ve never tried and never really cared to. I’m busy in life, if I get a boyfriend I wanna be able to focus on him daily. I don’t wanna block the guy but I’m starting to feel kind of annoyed I guess.. I don’t really have the time to get to know him well enough rn, and we don’t live near each other. I just don’t know what to do at all? Please, any advice is appreciated, thank you 🙏
