HMO that is PEC friendly

Any suggestion which hmo i can use, for my case kasi I have psoriasis and I do my consultations sa east ave kasi accredited sila ng PDS. I wanted to avail an hmo for the lab tests they might require which im not sure if covered ba dahil PEC si psoriasis

I saw a comment here from a year ago na for maxicare, if you do the labs sa PCCs nila, di sya mababawas sa PEC limit ng plan mo (for example 5k for silver plan). Would this work for my case? Hindi ba tinatanong for which diagnosis everytime magpa lab test sa PCC? And dapat ba accredited yung doctor ko from east ave so i can use this hmo? if lab test lang naman din ang main purpose for now, is there a cheaper option for hmo plan?
