Ride from hell (Prague-Belgrade)

No breaks are provided for a journey of 14+ hours. Such things should be taken for granted. That is, in the information on the ticket it is written that there are breaks of 10-15 minutes when passengers are bought, but even that lasted less. During that time, we are not allowed to go to the toilet or similar because the drivers are able to leave without us. Toilet in the bus without soap, paper, water to wash hands, and it is difficult to flush the toilet. At one point, even the toilet stopped working because it got clogged (even then we didn't take a break to go to the toilet and I better not send a picture of the toilet salt - scandalous). We had no water or food on the bus (although it should be provided if no breaks are taken). On the map it says that there is Wifi, but in fact it is only 250mb, which is absolutely insufficient for anything. The drivers were staring the whole time, I even once heard them commenting that their eyes were closing from fatigue. In the end, we arrived in Belgrade an hour earlier than expected (I don't really know why there was such a rush, I guess it wasn't the drivers fault, but they were very unpleasant). I don't know how we got to Belgrade alive and well.
