Is your surgery swimming or sinking with the All Day triage?

I ask because we are facing an avalanche at ours. We simply do not have enough appointments for even the acute on the day, let alone anything that can be seen less urgently. Our routine list? We haven't a hope of dealing with. At what point does the whole thing collapse? It's not safe for patients, it's not safe for staff wellbeing and morale. I'm looking to hear your successes, how you're managing. Or not.
