HDFC Credit Card not updating my outstanding due - is it normal?

I recently purchased the Diner's privilege HDFC Credit Card and made a transaction of 3k around 15 days ago. But the amount due is still showing 0 in the mycards app. Just wanted to know is it normal or should I get in touch with someone from the authorities to fix this
