Trialing a new Match Thread process

Starting with the U-17 MNT match this morning, we'll be trying out a new automated match thread bot. Here's the plan:

• Every 6 hours scrape the official ussoccer.com website for schedule data for the following teams and store that data in a database:
  • USMNT
  • USWNT
  • U23 MNT
  • U23 WNT
  • U20 MNT
  • U20 WNT
  • U17 MNT
  • U17 WNT
  • Deaf WNT
  • Deaf MNT
• 30 minutes before the match kickoff, create a Match Thread and fill it with detailed lineups, venue, and broadcast information from ussoccer.com and Api-Football
• Once the match begins, set the subreddit into link-post-only mode
• Every 5 minutes update the ongoing Match Thread with events like goals, cards, and substitutions
• When the match finishes, create Post-Match threads in the style the subreddit has agreed upon:
  • One Post-Match thread for memes and reactions
  • One Post-Match thread for serious discussion
• 12 hours after the match, set the subreddit back into any-post mode

This is all open to change as we see how it performs! Even as I write this, I'm realizing that the subreddit link-post-only change should probably be limited to just bigger games. I'm sure we'll also find other small tweaks to make as we roll this out.
