I've ran in to a new problem with my load order.

After finding a buggy mod I have ran in to a new problem with a mod called the castle rebuilt. It won't let me me past the diner now I have put the mod where it says to put but it won't let me in the castle. Plus the guides confuse Me so I have came here for help.
