I (18F) just found out I tried flirting with the guys im talking to (20M) cousin(18F) 2 months ago

I am a bisexual woman, I mostly have a preference for men but about 2 months ago I found a very attractive girl on instagram and decided to DM her. It was nothing crazy, just a simple “hey, are you into women?” she replied that she wasn’t and that was the end of it. About a month and a half ago, I reconnected with an old friend and we ended up really liking eachother. We are now at the stage where we go on dates, hold hands, kiss but not quite exclusively dating yet (although I think it might happen this weekend🙏🏻🤭) This morning, he sent me a family picture and the girl i DM’ed was standing right next to him and ended up being his cousin. I was so embarrassed but decided to tell him. He thought it was funny and brushed it off, even making fun about how I definitely had a type. I am absolutely mortified and im so scared to meet his family. My friends also told me they didn’t think it wast that big of a deal. I’d really appreciate any reassurance or advice on how to handle this…thank you
