What is this noise when starting car?

Hi all, started my car this morning and let it hear up 5-10 min. I came out and heard this kind of intermittent squeak.

I drove a few miles and I haven't heard it since. It was cold this morning, but no colder than the least few mornings and I didn't hear it until today.
