How do you wake up early morning in this winter guys for office?

Hey guys Corporate majdoor this side. So I live 6 km away from my office. my office bus arrives at 8 in the morning and I have to wake up at 7 and freshen up. it's good for now but waking up and bathing in morning is getting difficult as the temperature drops I am also new to NCR haven't experienced Delhi's winter. How do you guys cope up? Genuine advice needed.
