Dogs keep forgetting people and barks at people who were gone for too long.

Yeah after a while my dogs will just forget people and bark at them. I have no other conclusion other than they just forgot about them. I think this is the case. I didn't see anybody saying dogs could forget people, so I'm putting this in here.
