FIRE - care homes

My main reason for FIRE is basically our enjoyment and children's security. However, something I did not factor in is care in the pension years. It appears that this bill is exceedingly high and I'm wondering if needing care in later years, whether retiring abroad is an issue and whether saving above a certain point is an issue in not receiving government support. We've not decided to retire abroad, just FIRE-ing on all cylinders to do the best we can with what we've got.
