Curious on your thoughts: Does she have the hots for my husband?
My husband started a new job working on a farm and I think his new boss has the hots for him.
Husband (31) his boss is (40) and runs a farm offering homeschooled kids skills working with horses, caring for the horses, and other miscellaneous opportunities. My husband is a horse trainer and worked to help break some of the horses she has to be ridable for the kids.
I have been with my husband 9 years and he has never given me a reason to be insecure. I trust him and he has always made me feel like I am the only woman on earth. I am more just wondering if these are red flags to anyone else. I trust my husband not the woman he works for.
When I met his boss she ignored me wouldn't even acknowledge me and only acknowledged my husband and children. She would text him at late hours like 10:00pm about work stuff. He doesn't respond he thinks that is inappropriate too. My husband informed me she told him her whole life story, all the trauma she has been through from childhood. She also would complain about her spouse to him which he shut down saying that was between them. She also told him her break up plan with her boyfriend/spouse if things didn't work out pretty much letting my husband know all the land and everything is hers and not her mans. I tried to kill her with kindness, made her homemade cinnamon rolls and she didn't thank me, offered to help her new business by doing photography for free for her. Prior to having my babies, I did wedding photography, and I was very busy. I told her it would be free that I just wanted to bless her and her business when she asked how much, and she didn't thank me. She also didn't acknowledge me the day I showed up to do the work again only my children and husband. Maybe I am just conservative, but this woman wears a crop top that might as well have been a sports bra jeans and a big buckle belt with boots the day I show up to do photos. She is working with kids 3-13 years old. The only man present is my husband. It's all moms and their kids. My husband was super uncomfortable and avoided her as much as he could while doing his job. He said she had never dressed that way the months he worked there. We talked about it we wouldn't bring our kids someplace where the teacher dressed that way he wouldn't want her to dress that way if it was just him and no kids. Its not the example we want our daughters around. That was his last day, and he found another job, but I am curious if my intuition was correct from the beginning and these are red flags to anyone else. How would you feel about your childs teacher dressed that way? How would you feel about your husbands boss dressing that way. ALSO side note. I am really confident in myself take care of my body and I am fit and comfortable in my own skin. I just am conservative and Christian and our household strongly values modesty.
