To empire 21 or empire 28? Need help

I live in Canada and we don’t have the empire 21 but we have the empire 28. My mom is currently visiting the US for a week and I’m considering ordering the 21 to her and have her bring it back to me. I can’t decide if I should take the chance (knowing I can’t try on and return) or just plan to buy the 28 here in Canada. The main issue is that I’m 5’10 about 130lbs and I can’t find any mod shots of the 21 with someone my height, I worry that it will feel tiny on me as a taller girl.

Anyone out there that’s roughly the same height and has this bag? How does it look on taller girls?
