Swollen groin lymph node same side as knee injury - anyone else had this??

Hey!

I had surgery in February although recently have been through a rough patch where my knee became very inflamed again (I pushed myself too much oops) to the point where I couldn’t walk for a few weeks while the swelling went down. Since then I’ve noticed that I have a swollen lymph node in my groin (same side as the injury) on and off, although I’ll admit I haven’t kept track of how long for each time.

I’m wondering if anyone else has had this and whether it might be related to my knee being sore inflamed and swollen? It went away after the swelling cleared up but I’ve had a big week and my knee is sore and now the lymph node is swollen again! Could be a coincidence but I’m hoping that it’s just related to my knee and nothing else… (Google says cancer lol, thanks Google)
