rx 9070 xt , 650w psu , old mobo

Hello builders
i need your experience

i have an old B350f gaming asus mob , with 5600x cpu , and seasonic 650w core psu.
currently running 2 monitors : 1440p 165hz and 1080p 120 hz.

playing BF6 at overkill settings with no issue.

am i being limited with the old mobo or the psu ?

thanks
