I’ve been working out on and off my entire life since teenage years. But last year or so maybe pushing 2 years I’ve been working out 2-3 days a week pretty consistently over all. My diet is so so. I was vegan for awhile and then stopped. I was vegetarian for awhile and then stopped I now eat chicken, beef , eggs Potato and rice I’m not sure if I should try being vegetarian or vegan again. I just worry about protein intake. I think you can be healthy even eating meat. I should probably cut red meat over all. I try to limit caffeine I drink half cafe coffee I’ve had elevated BP since a teenager even when I wrestled in High school and weight 180-190
Just looking for recommendations and advice I see my new endo Wednesday but I like to get different opinions and to kinda know what I’m maybe looking at. I was on TRT for a month before and they pulled me off due to not having completed the proper blood work all they did was check my Testosterone. But I went from 233 to 770 and my free jumped off the charts like 278 I believe And my estrogen was high too.
