Advice on Website Structure/Stack

I'm a relatively new web developer but I've made some static webpages in the past, but I need to make a WordPress like website for a friend who needs to be able to login and create posts similar to Wordpress and the drag and drop elements feature. So I was researching and "I was thinking I would make a flask app with a postgres db and use editor.js for the drag and drop feature and then save the json from that into my postgres db. But does anyone have a good idea for how to host the flask app or postgres db? I have use Google Cloud but that seems like overkill with cost for a db so small (only a couple of tables and not much data). Thoughts on this and any advice?
