Cooking collection completed but some dishes remain as uncooked

All the meals my cooking menu are marked as completed so totally 85/85 appetizers, 203/203 entrees and 141/141 desserts

All villagers level 10 and no quests left.

Now I noticed that some cooked meals show only questionmarks as ingredients although I already cooked them so if such a recipe is a favorite gift I cannot cook it automatically and have to look up again the recipe and add the corresponding ingredients manually.

Some of have the questionmarks on a grey background and some on a red one.

It this a known bug, a unknown one or simply I missed something out?
