Syndicate. Can this sequence 4 mission be skipped?

Google is being useless again. Can the horrible mission “nigel in a chop” be skipped? The dumb one where you have to sneak around police without killing them. But they are everywhere and have terminator senses? I cant hide the body without being seen and instantly killed bedause those ass lickers do so much damage even at level fucking 5. I am in sequence 4 and I am already done with this game.
