India- Senior Product Associate- CCB

Hi folks!

I have got a call for the above mentioned role.

Apart from the role name I have this information with me :

Job Category: Product

BU: CCB

The HR mentioned it will be a IC role as a product manager for GenAI use cases.

I have total 8.5yrs of work experience. Working in GenAI/Agentic AI consulting from 3years.

I need help on the following points:

1. HR mentioned it to be a Product manager role but JD says Senior Product Associate. Is this correct?

2. What is the hierarchy for these roles?

3. With my total work experience, are they mapping me correctly to the role? If not, what should be the ideal role?

4. What compensation(Fixed + Bonus) should I expect considering the details I have given?

5. How’s the WLB and is the work interesting/exciting?

Please help me out. A bit urgent!
