Parcel stuck for days.

I ordered last week and already paid from 2 different stores peru itong parcel na to naunang lumabas sa sorting center SOC 11 kesa sa isang parcel ko. The next day nag order ulit ako from Mainland China. So ito na nga, naunang lumabas to peru hanggang ngayun d parin nakaabut sa DC sa lugar namin. ung order ko from Mainland china na na hold sa airport at ang other parcel from other store dumating na kanina lng. all considered ko na as delayed dahil sa bagyo, peru ito subrang lala ng delayed. normally 3-4 days lng 5-6 days if delayed. wala rin naman tulong ang CS puru expedite 8 times na peru walang action. Missing item na ba to or expect ko parin na dadating?
