How much notice do i have to give when quitting?

So i started a job about 2-3 months ago and it is just not the right fit for me, i have been have breakdowns daily and im not myself anymore, im exhausted and depressed and i haven’t seen my friends because i dont have the energy.

and a couple days ago my manager held a surprise meeting where he then proceeded to spend an hour and a half basically telling me in shit at my job and if i don’t do better he’ll fire me so instead i’m quitting, i was just wanting to know how much notice do i have to give. i really do not like the energy and environment of the office and it feels so incredibly toxic.

would i still have to give a two week notice?
