Chase shopping $250 credit combinable with other offers?

Has anyone tried combining their $250 chase shopping credit with another offer? For example, I had a $200 Ray Ban promotion through chase shopping. So hypothetically if I spent $450 it should all be free? Or will I not receive the credit if it there is a secondary promotion attached or vice versa?
