4 players coop game with long term progression

Hello !

Me and my 3 friends are looking to get away from league of legends gaming and looking for a 4 player coop game. No particular genre in mind but preferably something with long term progression or little competitive aspect. So something with a clear goal to work towards together.

Thanks for your ideas
