Is it OK to only like wetting?

Hi, I'm a mature daddy, I don't do it often but I have on worn diapers (the big boy pampers pullups are my favorite) I love the way they feel and the ability to wet them in public or while I'm driving.
My boy is a TBDL, he'll come round for the weekend and immediately put on a diaper. I love changing him, for me its a way of showing my love and I'll be honest, I love the smell of his wet diaper, but I can't do messy, had enough of that with my own kids!
Am I alone in this? I'd love to hear from anyone but especially the boys if you find this strange
