Spotify tells me I don’t have enough streams… am I missing something?

If I look at the last 30 days of my Spotify specific streams it shows me having 144 plays. But when I go to the monetize tab it says I only have 20 of the 100 needed for the last 30 days. I have realized it’s said 20 for months now without moving. I have all qualifications met to monetize my show yet it’s still blanked out.

What am I missing?
